We have a simple nutrition package available that includes education on basic nutrition, a balanced plate, food safety, meal planning tips, and much more.

Basic Nutrition Packet:
-This all-inclusive package includes the fundamentals of nutrition, meal prepping, food safety, helpful tips for portion control and weight gain or weight loss, depending on your goals, and more.

Learn about nutrition basics, macronutrients and micronutrients, how to read a nutrition label, and what a balanced plate should look like. -Gain an understanding of how to efficiently meal prep, which includes a sample grocery list as well as delightful, healthy recipes to try.
-Obtain handy tips for portion control and weight gain or weight loss, depending on your goal. -Learn about food safety, how it applies to you, and more!
Meal Patterns/Plans:
-Get started with your goals, by selecting a calorie range that fits your needs.
-These meal patterns and plans provide you with a visual of what each calorie range can look like.

– A 5-day sample meal plan
– A Grocery list for your sample meal plan– An Exchange List to change out food items for a more personalized meal plan, if desired.
